Owner/ Operator Theresa “Ting” Santos-Spencer has a dream to open a small bistro and pay homage to her Mom & Dad and her grandma. They made her the woman she is today. These are her parents and grandma’s recipes and what she grew up eating. Her family was royalty in her country, made up of the strongest and talented people she honored to be chosen to be part of. Forever grateful for her parents and grandma’s love. Someday, she plan to have Ting’s bistro in multiple locations.
